Google Chrome browser has its own DNS Caching to improve browsing speed and performance.
The browser caches and stores the IP address and all other NS (Name servers) entries of a website when visited.
This cache is stored for a while and may be needed to be cleared if a site changes its DNS entries.
In order to do so you will need to clear or flush your google chrome DNS cache by using chrome://net-internals/#dns in order to access the site.
Before proceeding to these steps you need to save all the works on the browser if any.
